How can I place my order?
We make it as easy as possible to place an order with us! Please choose one of the following methods:
- You can place your order on line for the fastest possible service. We provide a "shopping cart" to allow you to select products as you browse our web site. When checking out we provide a secure SSL session to protect your privacy including credit card information.
- You may call us at (760) 416 0830 from 9 am - 6 pm PST 7 days a week. If you prefer you can also send us an email as we promptly reply to questions sent by email at pharmacist@laspalmasrx.com
Shipping Options, Insurance & Disclaimer
We offer FREE shipping in the Continental United States for orders totaling $75.00 or more. We ship 99% of our orders within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. You may choose to have your order shipped via either FedEx or USPS (United States Postal Service)
If you choose FedEx as your preferred shipping method, we reserve the right to ship your order either FedEx or USPS Mail. Please let us know if you are unable to receive mail from either carrier.
FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes so please list a valid street address with your order or choose USPS.
We do NOT request or require a signature for FedEx deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, and it is solely up to the FedEx driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays, so please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
Shipping Insurance & Disclaimer
Unlike FedEx, the United States Postal Service (USPS) does not guarantee delivery of your package unless you have the package insured. This applies to both domestic and international shipments, with or without Delivery Confirmation. Should you choose to add insurance when you check out and you do not receive your package within a reasonable time, we would then be able to file a claim with USPS and either reship your order or refund your money.
